Shawn's proudest accomplishment in his life were his children whom he loved and adored more than anything in this world. Shawn love to play sports and excelled in baseball as a kid, a love he passed down to his children. As a teenager he enjoyed hanging out with his friends, spending time with his high school sweetheart, & his 5 brothers. He was a caring and loving man that could not conquer his battle with addiction even though he found moments of clarity & sobriety throughout his journey over the years. After many devastating losses, his heart became lading with grief, and he was unable to overcome that grief. He was not proud of the life he lived or the things that he had done, but what we do know, is that he was proud of his legacy, his children. His daughter will miss the coloring & drawings, rollerblading, trips to the park, bike rides & walks to Wawa together. His sons will miss playing basketball in the driveway, playing baseball in the front yard, fishing & watching the Eagles games together. We pray that Shawn's story serves as a reminder that addiction can happen to anyone & anyone struggling today, should reach out for that help. We ask for your love & support as we lay this beloved brother, adored grandson, devoted father, & great man to rest.
