Antoinette "Toni" Nenichka (Coar)
Antoinette M. Nenichka “Toni”, 83, of Mays Landing, NJ passed on June 8, 2018. Toni was born in Exeter, Luzerne County, PA to the late Michael and Antoinette Coar. Toni graduated from Jenkins Township High School (PA) in 1952 and worked in the Pittston Apparel Company (Pittston, PA) before she married on July 26, 1958 to her loving and beloved husband Joseph “Joe”. Toni enjoyed travelling with Joe and lived in different states including Maine, Ohio, PA, CT and most recently NJ. Prior to moving to Mays Landing in 2003 Toni lived in Toms River, NJ for 26 years. Toni devoted her life to her two children, Joe and Barbara Anne, and was a stay-at-home mom until Barbara Anne entered high school. In retirement Toni and Joe continued to travel the world. Toni visited many countries in Europe and Asia but mostly enjoyed Rome, Italy where she spent a lot of time in the Vatican and St. Peters Basilica. Toni also cherished her “Family” vacations with her husband, her children and their families. Every two years she vacationed with her Family to locations such as Disney World, Hawaii and cruises to the Caribbean. She also liked walking the local boardwalks and spending a little time in the casinos. Toni was meticulous and took pride in keeping a beautiful and clean home.

Toni was a devoted Catholic, attending church on a regular basis. At her last parish, St. Joseph’s in Toms River, she belonged in the Altar Rosary Society and was a Eucharistic Minister. Recently, she was a parishioner at St. Vincent de Paul Roman Catholic Church in Mays Landing, NJ. Toni is survived by her husband, Joseph, two children, Joseph (Stacie) Charlotte, NC, and Barbara Anne Signorello (Nicholas) Mays Landing, NJ, and seven grandchildren: Alexander, Abigail, Nicholas, Victoria, Charles, Harrison Maxwell, and Isabelle. Toni is also survived by her two brothers: Michael (FL), and Edward (PA) and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. She is preceded in death by her two brothers Stephen and James.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 5021 Harding Hwy, Mays Landing, NJ on Tuesday, June 12th at 11am, with a visitation from 9-11am at the church. Burial immediately following at Holy Cross Cemetery.
