Obituary for James Solinski

James  Solinski
James S. Solinski, age 53 departed this life on March 8, 2018. He was born November 11, 1964 in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Solinski, children James Solinski (Amanda), Faythe Solinski and Jason Solinski; his granddaughter Payton Solinski; his father, Stanley Solinski and mother, Elaine Solinski (nee Craig); his brothers Richard Solinski (Susan) and Robert Solinski; his nieces and nephews Anthony Phan, Nicole Cortese (Vince), Stanley Solinski, Ashley Brewer (Wesley), Patrick Solinski, Amy Solinski and Emily Solinski; and great nieces Arianna, Vivvian and Madison.

He was employed by the New Jersey Racing Commission as a State Investigator and was the first non-retired police officer to hold that position.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with his family. He was a loving husband and a devoted father.

In lieu of flowers the family would request a donation be made to the American Cancer Society (www.cancer.org) be made in honor of his memory.

Private services are being held on Sunday.
